• The possibility of having a single contact for all queries relating to the project;

• Resolving all the bureaucratic and authorisation problems;
• Rapid introduction in the local economic fabric;
• The customer’s profitability indicators are improved (Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), etc.);
• The customer’s debt position is reduced ;
• Implementating restructuring projects is facilitated (footprint, etc.).

Sale-to Leaseback – based on the real estate Sale-to Leaseback logic, the developer purchases an existing property owned by the customer, and at the same time leases the property to the customer with the buyback option.

Sale-to Lease – based on the real estate Sale-to Lease logic, the developer purchases an existing property owned by the customer and at the same time leases the property to the customer on a long-term basis.

Lease-to Sale – the Lease-to Sale option represents a Build-to-suit solution with the lessee customer having the option of purchasing the real estate at the end of the lease period.

Long-Lease – the Long-lease solution is a long-term lease of existing assets included in TEL’s portfolio.
